Beautiful house in Ipanema. Car parking directly infront of the house in a little street closed to the public. The house has been renovated in april 2005 (the fotos have been made before renovation).

Prices:

• peak season: 2100 € /10 nights: New Year and carnival
• busy season: 165 € /night: Dec. to March
• low season: 135 € /night: April to Nov.

All prices are approximate prices and depend on demand and exchange rate. Minimum term of lease are 7 days. Minimum term of lease during Carneval and New Year are 10 days. Depending on the apartment and the season you have to pay 30% up to 50% in advance. The rest is to pay in cash in Rio de Janeiro when you get the key of the apartment. Attractive discounts for longer stays available upon request.

Cleaning of the apartment and change of bedlinen/towels 3 times per week included.
